Dinner
The symposium dinner (included in the registration fee) is taking place in the hotel on Tuesday, 25 October. The buffet contains the following food – please indicate if you are a vegetarian during your registration:
- Assortment of 5 Belgian tapas (served on a plate) : shrimps, Brill with parsley couli, Ardenne’s ham, Quail and partridge mousse and Goat’s cheese with lime-tree honey
- Gent chicken ‘waterzooi‘
- Fish roulade with Ostende sauce
- Vegetarian lasagne
- Trappist beer beef ‘carbonade‘ with potato croquettes and steamed potatoes
- Braised endives and vegetable assortment
- Belgian (Wallonia) organic cheese
- Chocolate mousse and chocolate cake
- Apple pie
- ‘Spéculoos‘, french toast, cramique (raisin bread) and craquelin (sugary bread)
