The symposium dinner (included in the registration fee) is taking place in the hotel on Tuesday, 25 October. The buffet contains the following food – please indicate if you are a vegetarian during your registration:

  • Assortment of 5 Belgian tapas (served on a plate) : shrimps, Brill with parsley couli, Ardenne’s ham, Quail and partridge mousse and Goat’s cheese with lime-tree honey
  • Gent chicken ‘waterzooi‘
  • Fish roulade with Ostende sauce
  • Vegetarian lasagne
  • Trappist beer beef ‘carbonade‘ with potato croquettes and steamed potatoes
  • Braised endives and vegetable assortment
  • Belgian (Wallonia) organic cheese
